Red Oak Elementary - One in a Minion
Red Oak Elementary winter guard is from Nicholasville, Kentucky. The winter guard has members in 3rd through the 5th grade. The winter guard has represented their county in numerous public performances, including the gubernatorial inauguration parade this year. They have been WGI virtual finalists for the past 5 years. This year’s show, One in a Minion, is a fun and exciting show that the winter guard enjoys performing.
901 Performance Ensemble from Missouri State
901 Performance Ensemble is a part of the winter guard family at Missouri State University in Springfield, MO along with The Pride of Missouri State and National Avenue from Missouri State. During the fall semester, all three winter guards combine as the Missouri State PRIDE Color Guard where the 88-member group performs as a section with the PRIDE Marching Band. Their 2024 program is titled: Fields of Gold.

Belleville East HS- Dystopia
Our show is entitled "Dystopia". The idea behind the show comes from the movie "Mad Max" and the show takes place in a futuristic society that is destitute and depressed. The guard has unique costuming for each individual that comes from the unique punk/gothic feel of the movie as well as having gas masks. The show starts with the "clan" coming out of a run down building that they were foraging. Through out the show, there is an air raid siren that sounds to foreshadow the conclusion where there is a toxic dust the comes and whips out part of their "clan". I hope you enjoy our unique take on this subject. Belleville, IL USA PS- I hit the camera about half way through so I am sorry about the shudder.
